Overall Satisfaction with Omnipresent

We wanted to trial hiring in South Africa, the EOR model appealed to us, Omnipresent provided everything we needed to start small and start to build our team. The online resources for each country are useful for us to explore the potential costs and considerations if we want to lok outside of just South Africa.

Onboarding and Payroll support has been good, account management responsiveness and support has been lacking but this appears to have been recognised and steps put in place. We are looking forward to moving forwards and seeing positive improvements.

Omnipresent provides everything we need with a small number of employees on their system, our needs are quite simple at this stage. I feel confident that any issues we have had with the Client team have been addressed and looking forward to growing our team and continuing our partnership.
