Omnipresent has a good customer support system. We have been in touch before regarding an employee who needed to be onboarded as quickly as possible (outside of the minimum 2-week onboarding time frame). An issue is that there is no number to call, and we can only rely on emails, which is frustrating when you need to get in touch ASAP. Once we got in contact, they were really helpful.

Onboarding and Payroll support has been good, account management responsiveness and support has been lacking but this appears to have been recognised and steps put in place. We are looking forward to moving forwards and seeing positive improvements.

Sometimes no responses for weeks. After several interventions, Omnipresent admitted to have a systems error and was incorrectly invoicing us for months.

Omnipresent's support staff are friendly, however when I approached them with this issue of 'invoice statements' rather than normal 'invoices' they said that it was a problem they knew of and that they would hopefully resolve this soon. More than 6 months later and the problem is not solved and it has caused us to decide never to use Omnipresent in the future.

The support we receive from Omnipresent is excellent. We rarely need to follow up on emails, and there's very little back and forth once we get a response, thanks to clear and thorough responses. We also have a dedicated account manager who has been instrumental in helping with our more complex questions and understanding product launches/new features. The reason this isn't a 10/10 for us is that we've seen a great deal of turnover with the account manager role. We've been using the tool for about one year, and we've had four different account managers. We are hopeful that the dust has settled at Omnipresent now and that we will see consistency moving forward.

They do their best, but current growth and changes in the way they organized it have negatively impacted it's efficiency. A reactive service where issues must be followed up closely to ensure the ball is not dropped. Not comprehensive enough when setting up PEO in a new location.
