ON24 is our chosen webinar platform. It is utilized in a customer education environment as we are a software vendor. We also use this tool to facilitate corporate meetings across several divisions of our organization. This platform allows a streamlined and easy to utilize experience for both the facilitator and the attendee.
- Question and Answer Platform- This is an easy to use tool that allows us to respond both to the group of attendees or even address attendees individually while still having control of the environment.
- OnDemand Features- This is a particular favorite as those that miss a webinar session can review the session almost immediately.
- Personalization of Platform- We appreciate the ability to tailor the look of the background panel to enhance the presentation experience.
- We are unable to conference in a phone bridge without the use of outside tools. Not all of our customers have the equipment to listen to a webinar via their computer. It would be nice to have an easy way to add a phone bridge to a session.
- Better customer interaction
- Better webinar attentiveness with exciting tools like screen share
We have used several webinar platforms across the last few years. In previous products, very extensive and lengthy processes were required to be able to setup any kind of session. This is unfortunate when you have a last minute webinar to accommodate. Thanks to ON24 we no longer have to worry that the features we need are not going to be included due to the time crunch. The attendee experience is also very smooth and allows the incorporation of various up to date interactive features that we have not found with other vendors.
