Overall Satisfaction with ON24
On24 is being used from a marketing and PR perspective and has been a breadth of fresh air. The customization is incredible. We have certified webinars and being able to supply the credit certificates automatically through the platform is great. We have saved a ton of time and the customization has helped us generate more qualified leads.

- On24 does a great job with customization.
- I like being able to have easy links to our social media channels.
- Uploading content is easy and easily accessible for attendees.
Cons
- You can only upload one certificate per webinar. We are certified in three different areas and having the ability to give accreditation certificates for each would be great.
- We have had a few issues with dropped calls.
- Our customer service rep has changed MANY times.
- 0n24 has helped us lead our clients and prospective clients and move deals through the pipeline.
On24 is far superior to GoToWebinar for more reasons than I can count. We have a dedicated rep with On24, have crazy awesome customization and far superior reporting.
