Overall Satisfaction with ON24
The marketing department primarily uses ON24 to conduct educational webinars as well as internal, town hall-style meetings.
Pros
- I like the presentation builder - easy to use where we can always stay a step ahead.
Cons
- The final presentation looks different than how it was set up in the console. I understand there is nothing to be done about this, but it's frustrating.
- Seems silly that you can't get at the presenter dial-in number when in On Demand builder, only in a live event. Would love that set up button available on demand too.
- Would appreciate more answers to support questions. Usually things miraculously start working after a support ticket is opened with no explanation to prevent future issues.
Oracle's Eloqua. Data sync when it works (which is not always).
