Right now, it is just being used by marketing for a mixture of industry event and product-focused webinars. We plan on extending this out in the future.

- It accommodates large audiences with reliable technology.
- The tool is super easy to use and to train presenters in.
- The tool allows us multiple ways to engage with our audience members and analytics on each of those methods.
Cons
- I wish that the reporting on different engagements would allow you to customize the report more to add in different fields.
ON24 is integrated with both our CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platform (Marketo). This streamlines the information and makes it available to marketing and sales teams in real time. It also streamlines manual list upload times like we had with our previous vendor. Our sales team is also better able to prioritize follow up with attendees of the webinar based on their engagement.
- Our webinar KPIs have all increased since switching to ON24 - registrants, attendance and those that request follow-up from a sales representative following the webinar.
- We have fewer support calls during our live webinars.
THe integration with Marketo and Salesforce was key.
