Using ON24 in Professional Services
Overall Satisfaction with ON24
ON24 is currently being used by marketing for external webinars for clients and potential clients. It is also used for internal "how to" communications for our people. Finally, it is used by the professional development team for onboarding staff and internal professional training.

- Ability to re-record sessions but host live Q&A takes some of the nerves out of it for speakers.
- Ability to have video run in a presentation is useful.
- Ability to access archived webinars is more useful for our clients.
Cons
- We have had issues with recording where there are imbedded videos.
We do not yet have a CRM.
- It has been useful for the training of employees.
ON24 was suggested by a new team member who had used it previously and recommended it. Many years ago, we had used another competitor whose name we forget, but going live with the presentation provoked too much anxiety. Presenters preferred live face-to-face recording. The ease of use and ability to prerecord have been a game changer.
