Overall Satisfaction with ON24

Currently, ON24 is used for external facing client webinars hosted by our marketing department for industry and service line topics. It was introduced to manage the large response we were having to webinars. The platform allows us to deliver webinars effectively, both live and on-demand and provides immediate access to event tracking. It also allows us to provide PD certificates to relevant events. The platform is very manageable by multiple presenters in multiple markets.

Pros

  • Dashboards of event statistics readily available and easy to access. You can quickly see participants, know what questions they asked, what their engagement level is and export reports for further analysis.
  • Automatic on-demand access to the event within a short period of time following the live webinar.
  • Presenter-friendly platform.
  • Attendees can quickly and easily access the webinar with a simple click and can stream the webinar from multiple devices.

Cons

  • It would be good to have cross-event reporting available without having to purchase the portal.
  • We would like to see single user sign in more available to allow users to see all sessions they have registered for and/attended in a year.
Not currently integrated. We had hoped to but have not been able to get that done on our end.
Whenever we have issues we have had timely responses from the technical team.

Research was completed on other webinar platforms that I cannot recall at this time. ON24 simplified our ability to offer CPD and reduced man-hours in managing certification. It satisfied the customer by providing streaming. It reduced time in managing the on-demand webinar which is automatic. It increased our presenter collaboration and delivery methods.
We introduced ON24 when the functionality of WebEx within our firm was limited. It was introduced on a limited basis for only client-facing webinars hosting by our marketing group. It provided us immediate positive impact with our clients and the ease of use for our presenters has been particularly noted. We limit the use of this due to the cost so we do not use it for internal training or very small webinars.
