Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use ON24 in our client education department. We produce educational content like webinars and we use on 24 to host them live or for our archived content.

Pros

  • Helps us to engage our audience.
  • Steady platform for archived content
  • It has the potential for lead generation and tracking attendance

Cons

  • Increase the resolution of video that can be uploaded for webinars presentation
  • Ease the process for archiving content
Overall it is always available
  • confidential ,but positive impact in our client education team and ROI

Webcast Elite & Elite Presentations

The video quality of our webinar is affected since ON24 doesn't offer a High resolution for webinars that we upload.There should be an easy process to add a caption to any video and play webinars by chapters. It is well suited for anything else.
