Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use ON24 for customer-facing webinars for lead generation. ON24 is used by multiple marketing managers across the organization. We needed a platform that allowed us to share content for downloads.
  • Content Downloads
  • Intuitive Interface for viewers
  • Good Reporting
  • No phone option for users to call in for audio. This is a problem for international users where an internet connection is not always strong.
  • We cannot use it for training since there is no phone option for voice interaction. Sometimes it's easier to ask a question then to type it into the Q&A box.
  • Screen sharing for demos is not that easy.
We have ON24 registration integrated to Hubspot CRM for lead management and landing pages for registration on our website.
  • Good ROI for end user lead generation with integration to our Hubspot CRM
  • Not used for training since it does not have an attendee conference call in phone option
  • We use both ON24 and WebEx
  • ON24 is used for end-user facing lead gen webinars
  • WebEx has a voice conference call-in option for attendees that is needed for training
  • ON24 is great for PowerPoint for end-user facing presentations
  • Not great for internal training since its VoIP which limits interaction without phone option for attendees to speak to the trainer
