We use ON24 in our Marketing department to host + record webinars. We have set up the integration between ON24 and Marketo, which allows us to capture lead registration and attendance for our webinars. We also post our webinars on our ON24 gateway and track their performance in Marketo. ON24 is used across all theaters at my company.

- Automatically pushes registration/attendee information to Marketo - the integration is very helpful for our lead generation efforts.
- Easy, straightforward webinar creation - simple webinar program templates allow us to quickly set up and create new webinars for our marketing teams.
- Console builder creates a nice customer experience - easy-to-use console builder gives us different options for how we want to present our webinars to our customers.
- Lack of visibility on back-end integration with Marketo - it's difficult to make updates to the integration settings between these two platforms.
ON24 is integrated with Marketo, our marketing automation system. This allows us to easily push registrant information between the two platforms, which helps us capture lead activity for lead scoring. The integration has also made it possible to redirect customers from Marketo landing pages to any of our webinars we have hosted on our ON24 gateway.

- Increased customer engagement - hosting our recorded webinars On-Demand on ON24's gateway has increased the amount of customers that engage with one given webinar.
