RSM US has been using ON24 for our marketing webcast program, internal professional development and internal meetings for almost 4 years. I personally manage our marketing webcast program, delivering over 300 webcasts a year. Aside from the easy to use platform and user-friendly experience for both audience and presenters, the main reason ON24 works for RSM is the convenience of self-service delivery of CPE certificates. In 2017, we awarded over 22,000 CPE credits using the ON24 platform. There are rarely technical issues that impact our webcasts, but the knowledgeable and experienced ON24 team always provides terrific support, both real time and in follow-up. The annual WebinarWorld event is a top-notch user conference, and I consistently come away with innovative ideas to implement in our program. I highly recommend ON24 to anyone seeking to build or enhance their webcast program.

- Though rare, technical difficulties do occur as with any product. The biggest obstacle I have encountered has been related to using Flash, and some users experience difficulty with the streaming audio.
- The screen share technology is a great asset, but there tends to be a significant delay or buffering when starting, or switching between applications.
ON24 is integrated with our Dynamics CRM. This has streamlined reporting and data collection following webcasts, and the robust reporting enhances our follow-up approach.

ON24 beats all other webcast products from a usability standpoint, as well as support, innovation and communication. Our firm currently uses WebEx technology for some internal meetings, and the quality and technology difference between the two products is no contest. I have previously used GoToMeeting and LiveMeeting.
