Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use it to present internal and mostly external webcasts. This platform is great for presenting content and recording.
  • Internal communications
  • Lead generation
  • The interface is easy to use
  • The support team is helpful for any problems
  • It takes a very long time for the recorded video file to process. Usually 4-5 hours for a 40 minute presentation
  • The deck sometimes formats funky or out of order when uploaded
ON24 is linked with Eloqua. We host our registration page on Eloqua then send the info. to ON24. We also link it with Salesforce via Eloqua to update Attendees/Cancels.
Average. There are issues but for the most part ON24 is consistent.

Presentations with a large audience are great for ON24. If it is an intimate internal meeting when registration isn't required then WebEx is better.
