Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use ON24 to run editorial and sponsored webinars and like the fact that it is very customizable. It can be quite time consuming to set up, and some of the options are fiddly. We have had some issues with dialing in, but usually, it runs very smoothly and everyone is happy.

It is not integrated.
ON24 has always been available when I need it.

Running editorial webinars with multiple speakers and having resources to download and speaker bios to explain. It is less appropriate for pre-recorded webinars and then trying to run these live—there is an option, but this hasn't been clearly explained to me so I am not sure how it works and we have had problems with the audio with this.
