Overall Satisfaction with ON24
On24 is used across the organization to provide internal and external webinars for products and programs. Our Operational Contract Fulfillment group used the platform to deliver contract specific information to end users of our products.

- Ability to set Q&A widget to direct to a specific email address.
- Registration link becomes an on-demand viewing link after the live session has been delivered.
- Great customization is available for the information presented during training delivery.
- There is not a save or undo button in the setup screens. If you just want to see how something would look different, but do not implement the change, you would have to rebuild the configuration.
- The search capability on My Webcasts screen is very limited. With multiple users in the organization, it would be great to filter by the creator.
- It would be great if after a live session has passed and viewing is all on-demand, a pause button was automatically available.
- Educated employees by providing internal product launch/updates.
- Provided product administration training to external customers.
Attendee data is much better with On24. Customization of On24 webinars is far superior.
