Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We have educational webcasts weekly for our members. Some are sponsored by others and some are non-sponsored. Our Non-Dues Revenue team uses it primarily but our Membership Department uses it as well and we sometimes use for in house meetings, training, product demonstrations, etc. We find it helpful to record product demos because it allows us to review instead of calling the trainer back with questions that are probably answered by watching the recording. Because our team is virtual and we are located all across the US it gives us the feeling of being together when we cannot meet in person.
- Internal communications
- Lead generation
- Training
Pros
- The platform is clean, sharp, attractive and professional looking. Much more that most platforms of its type.
- It is easy to use
- Customization is simple
- We have had minimal technical issues
- We LOVE the added features like the pulse check to create engagement
- On24 has a massive amount of resources for ideas and assistance
Cons
- Would like the reminders for Presenters/Hosts to be automatic like they are for attendees
We actually integrate with WebLink (MemberClicks) but I do not handle that so I have no feedback on this aspect.
- We have reduced our technical inquiries during the webcasts to almost zero. I used to spend a significant amount of time handling audio issues and now have very few inquiries of that sort which allows me to focus on other things.
I have used three of the most popular webcast platforms and this one is my favorite. We selected ON24 because of the professional looking platform, the ease of use and the support. You can use ON24 for simple PowerPoint presentations to more high tech productions just shy of a full feature film :-). The best thing is that you can attend ON24's annual training/networking events for best practices and to find new creative ways to reach your audience. That is by far my favorite resource along with the online Webinerd community.
