Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use ON24's Webcast Elite platform to produce our webinar series, which usually deploys 6-10 webinars per year. We also use the Scribe integration tool to get proper Salesforce analytics and syncing.
Pros
- The process of creating a webinar template is easy and simple to copy over to future events.
- The question/answer UI is intuitive and well thought out.
- The Salesforce and social media integration APIs make things very convenient for us.
Cons
- The most glaring issue we experienced was when the audience allowance numbers were reduced, and we found out by accident on the day-of our webinar. The only reason we didn't end up hosting an event where 4/5ths of our audience was unable to join us because of the new secret cap was the quick work of the ON24 distributor, the Streaming Network.
- Sometimes, when duplicating an event in order to create a future event, it duplicates twice.
- Occasional audio problems when recording an event without a hardline internet connection.
- It would be nice to be able to edit the section titles/headers on our registration page.
- It's become much easier for our marketing and sales teams to use the Reporting Dashboard to follow up with prospects and customers who attend our events.
- We don't have to dedicate a resource to manually adding hundreds of leads to our CRM for each event we run.
- The customization opportunities allow for great brand exposure with our audience.
Go-To webinar was a dog's breakfast and would never recommend. The UI is not intuitive for someone who isn't a pro, the opportunities to customize the aesthetic are limited, and the audio connection is horrible. The feature that allows a pre-event recording to be played instead of a live event is clunky and often broken. ReadyTalk was wonderful, and I used it at my last company.
