Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We have used this platform to host our own internal webinars as well as webinars for our clients. You have the ability to do a live webinar or something that has been pre-recorded. You can also just have a PowerPoint showing or allow your presenter or host show their face. The reporting is also so detailed and provides great insight.

Since we started to switch to ON24 I have really loved working with the platform, it's so easy to create an event, it's easy to train someone to use the platform and even providing links to clients.
Though it is more expensive then others I find it very user friendly and quick customer service assistants which is always important.
Large events when everything needs to be organized to the T to make sure things happen smoothly especially when you are doing this for a client's employees.
