Overall Satisfaction with ON24
At UnitedHealthcare we use ON24 for all of our virtual product offering webinars, wellness webinars, and education webinars. We have sessions being ran 3 times a week and 5-8 times a week during our busy seasons. We are reaching out to members and prospective members all around the country and building strong relationships. The ease of the platform fits our business needs and matches our branding to a T.

We integrate ON24 using one of our CRM tools and have built many new leads based off of the analytics. We also use the data to know what is working and what we can improve on. Changes we could try or new tools we could utilize. For example we noticed more of our customers join us during the lunch hour vs. morning or night time. This is extremely beneficial to our numbers.
Prior to ON24, our company/department was always out in the field and meeting face to face during certain events. When covid happened, that rocked our world! ON24 was there to support and continue events while still maintaining those relationships and even building new ones. We utlized ON24 through their hybrid model, live sessions, on-demand, simu-live, etc.
