Overall Satisfaction with OneCause
We use OneCause to post our auction items, preregister guests, collect credit card information & check in for the night of the event. We also use One Cause to assist with our paddle raise and check out at the end of the night.

Pros
- Auction Software - Easy editing and creates a visually appealing landing page
- Paddle Raise - registers each guest to a number so you can correctly bill guests
- Check in- Gives guests information accurately
Cons
- The image on screen could be better designed
- Additional iPads are always needed but come at a high expense
- Sometimes we are unable to find pre-registered guests in the system
- Saves time planning the event
- Expenses for credit card fees and terminals
- Helps capture money raised in real time
