Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We use OneCause for our fundraising events. OneCause allows us to do everything in one place, from tickets and sponsorships, to our silent auction.

OneCause is a very easy platform to work with. It is easy to create a new event, set up everything, and work with.
The OneCause support team is very responsive. It is great because you can speak with someone over email or by phone, which a lot of companies no longer have.
OneCause is much more simplified and the service level is much higher. BetterUnite does not have the same level of customer service, and their platform is not as user friendly.

OneCause is great for fundraising events. It is simple and easy to work with. Inputting information and setting up the website for our events is easy and quick.
