Overall Satisfaction with OneSource Virtual
OneSource Virtual supports over 5000 benefit-eligible employees all during the benefit plan year. OneSource Virtual provides benefit professionals who are knowledgeable about complex regulations such as the ACA , IRS section 125 plans, health savings accounts, and much more. AMS services with OneSource Virtual supports configuration- which is priceless! This services allows RHA to provide support in the most cost effective method, meet deadlines, regulations and provide the needed support that our employees.

- Turnover of OSV staff has had some challenges during the year but has been addressed.

- OneSource Virtual helps employees enroll during the year and takes employee calls and supports them where they are at. This frees up our staff to focus on an internal day-to-day business at the local level and well at the administrative level.
- OneSource Virtual is transparent and addresses any internal challenges they may have that impact our business.
