Overall Satisfaction with OpenPhone
I use OpenPhone to provide a single business phone line for a small real estate business. It provides me with voice and text service, including graphics and photos which some competitors can't do. The integrated experience is also refreshing! Why should voicemails and texts be separated into separate apps? With OpenPhone they are combined. The web interface is super convenient since I like to use a full-size keyboard when possible for texting.

I tried 3 other virtual phone services before I found OpenPhone. None of them were as well designed or easy to use as OpenPhone, and some were not reliable. All were more expensive. Some fell short on service...try as I might I couldn't get them to switch my existing number to their service. OpenPhone's migration process was pain-free. Some were overly complex and required much too much set up for a simple one-line phone and text service. Some required a number to be entered in the contact list before I could call someone who texted me, or text someone who called me. OpenPhone fixed all of these issues for me.
