Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Content Management System
We use Optimizely to build our website and market our products towards our customers/members. Selling a membership online requires a lot of insight on how users interact with our products and the site in general.
Pros
- Strutctured building blocks
- Ability to SEO
- User friendly and relatively easy to learn
Cons
- Searching for files through the folder search can sometimes give unwanted/no results
- Better use of the image editor
- EPi forms could be easier to use
- Handling almost all our needs online from a single platform
- Efficient workflows
- Support cooperation
It took approximately 2-3 months to get up and running with the platform after the purchase. It was relatively easy to implement but faced with a harder question such as "How do we sell our membership online and give our customers the best service they need?" required thorough investigation and testing and also learning how to use the CMS for our purpose and need.

Yes - It works well but it requires the editor to constantly check if everything looks good. Some uploaded pictures can be a bit tricky to look visually pleasing in mobile interfaces. Other than that it gets the job done when working with content as long as the editor is somewhat knowledgable.
