Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Content Management System
We migrated our website to Opti B2B Commerce in June. The platform improved our customer experience with Waytek. We were looking to improve our SEO, which we did, and were looking to reduce abandoned cart rates and improve site performance.

We use the PIM and the CMS Commerce Cloud. We have APIs set up in our ERP.
It's a little too soon to tell. We launched in June 23.
It took us almost two years. We had a significant delay because Opti did not have an API to Payware. They needed to build it for it to stay PCI compliant. This led to a 7-month delay.
Opti was definitely the right choice for our distributor. The other platforms did not have much distribution experience and templates.
