Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Content Management System

Optimizely Content Management System powers the corporate websites and allows complete control of content across the board. We utilize Optimizely Content Management System v11 and 12 and soon all websites will be on 12.

Allows for quick and easy spool up of new SEM pages using templated design blocks and then additional custom blocks for specific use cases.

Experimentation and personalization take Optimizely Content Management System to a whole new level for our organization. As I said earlier, one should really employ the full tech stack for maximum impact. And all tools use a similar design and application interface so leaving one for another isn’t a completely different experience for a marketer.
Allows for customization and experimentation. That takes static web content to a whole other level for a marketer and can vastly improve CX.
We were functional rather quickly in terms of instance setup. Lots of configuration and customization followed, thought - so from start to actually releasing the lift and shift of the .com, it was about a six month process. Again, this was the level of customization we were building out and not related to Optimizely Content Management System.
Good UX/UI for content managers and beyond. Simple to use and even as the Optimizely Content Management System has gone through subsequent releases, this remains the same. Layout, UX, literally everything has been a bastion of stability even as feature sets have changed, WYSIWYG tools have improved and overall management of content has improved.
End of day, the real boon of Optimizely Content Management System is not simply the management of the content, but the speed of both deployment and performance across the board. Significant difference between the old SiteCore CMS we previously used in just about every single way - in fact, I can't think of a single thing we gave up with the move. Just an impressive CMS.

I’ve found it works well for sparse sites as well as for significantly larger sites with multiple subthemes along with the primary theme. It also offers the perfect mix of WYSIWYG and code level manipulation. Also full featured and allows for the ultimate in customization when it comes to marketing needs.
