Great user interface to work with - even for beginners
Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Content Management System
We use the CMS to manage the content on our website, as well as host a gated portal for our client confidential content. This allows us to not only market to our potential buyers, but also ensure that our content is given the safety it requires given its sensitivity in the market.
Pros
- User interface is intuitive and easy to follow
- Development work is easy to follow
- Laying out content is made incredibly easy
Cons
- The responsive image tool has been difficult in implementation
- Navigating some of the gadgets and useful tools are pretty hidden, would love to see those highlighted more obviously
- My company does many acquisitions, having a CMS that allows for multi site authentication has made a great impact in bringing those businesses together.
I was not with my company during the time of purchase, so I can't speak to the implementation timeline. However, in my work with the development support team, the feedback has been slow. It is not often that we need to reach out to the support team.
I didn't see Konakart in the dropdown options, so I want to make sure we compare against this platform as well. With other platforms, the features are either so basic that you can't get very advanced in your site UX, or the interface is so unfriendly to it's users that it's practically unusable.
