Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Aconex

We use Oracle Aconex as our primary project information and document management platform for large, multi-stakeholder capital projects. It serves as a single source of truth for all project communications, documents, and workflows across the project lifecycle. Business Problems Addressed: Oracle Aconex addresses several critical business challenges: Document Control & Version Management: Eliminates document duplication and version confusion, ensuring all project participants work from the latest approved information. Maintains a full audit trail for contractual and compliance purposes. Collaboration Across Multiple Organizations: Enables secure collaboration between owners, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

  • Better interface.
  • Easier programming.

  • Easier to teach new company employees.

Requires a better interface that allows you to find all tools in order to utilise all functions.
Finding that more companies are turning to Aconex for their project management software, although Procore is tough software to beat.

Scales well to very high document volumes and long project durations.
