Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Cloud HCM

Oracle Cloud HCM is used as an HR application with our organization. It's used across all departments and it resolves the issues of multiple data entry systems, as we can have a single source system to input all data in the organization. We can easily access records using self-service applications.

Oracle Cloud HCM is well suited for both small- and large-scale industries that would like to organize their data in a single system. It's also suitable where the employees can access the user interface to report their time and absences, enter their year-end goals and performance, and check their merit documents. It may not be suitable in countries whose legislative features are not yet present in the system.
