I used Oracle HCM to keep records, update and manage employees' information. To link recruited employees from recruitment to placement and onboarding with ease and help reduce the cultural use of round tables and paper records. Also, it made it easier for me to access information of employees who are terminated/dismissed and retired without having to go into deep files of paperwork, access their information with ease, be able to calculate the number of years in services, how did the employee exit the organization and why and also how [the] employee can be traced with just a click of [the] hand.

A great and complete HR management tool for all.

Oracle HCM Cloud is our first and foremost choice for HR Department and it deals with multiple problems of our department in a prolific manner. It cares about our payrolls and supports us in analyzing the performance of employees. Oracle HCM helps us in all kinds of recruitment processes at a very low price.
