Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Dyn Managed DNS

Dyn Managed DNS is our public facing DNS provider. One key product we enjoy is the Active Failover Product.

Pros

  • The GUI interface is excellent
  • The call center is first class and able and eager to assist with DNS questions and strategies
  • The sales team is knowledgeable in their product offering

Cons

  • I don't see room [for improvement] at this time for the products and services I use. I'm very satisfied.
  • Dyn is a little more expensive than what we originally wanted to spend on DNS services. However, we have found value in the products we use even though the expense outweighs our ROI.
As stated earlier, the Dyn team has a wealth of knowledge and will easily help their customers with various different scenarios with expert knowledge.
The GUI interface is second to none and very easy to use.
Dyn is a very customer oriented company. The products and services we use have served us well over the years and we are more than satisfied with the level of service we get from them.
