We use most of the features of Oracle Applications, and have integrated many 3rd party products as well, including Tax, Salesforce, Tibco, etc. It's a one stop shop for all our IT/Finance needs.
- It tracks all the finance related activities, and creates balance sheets and other reports for leadership and investors
- Manages all order management related activities.
- Easy integration with all other tools
- Oracle Incentive should be improved as more tools enter the market
- CRM module should be rich, like Salesforce
- Patching and other database maintenance should be easier
- It gives us clear picture of current financials status
- The reports are used to analyse the current trends, past trends, and to plan for the future
- Forecasting future trends is always available
