Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua

We are using Oracle Eloqua as a marketing automation tool with integration to Salesforce. It's a great tool to use and sending an email communication to our members is flawless. We also plan to use it for direct mail and email communication which helps us segment based on the profile and engagement criteria.

It's good. However, there are pros and cons with Eloqua. It helps us to drive our member email communication, but it sometimes has the inability of entering the same contacts on the same Program Canvas. So, for this reason, we may need to create a Program Builder or extra campaign canvas to make it happen.
It has very good features for automating the contacts flow through the Program Builder. I love the Program Builder strategy since we can make use of a campaign or program or none of these. I am also a big fan of using the dynamic content for our members to personalize it.
