Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Engagement Cloud (formerly Oracle Sales Cloud)

It is used in our organization as our CRM, and is also used to manage service tickets.
  • Easy to use.
  • Very little training required for new hires.
  • Intuitive interface.
  • Not many new hires have ever used it in the past.
  • Hard to say, but we find great value in being able to see the pipeline in real-time.
Half the price for the same functionality made the decision a no-brainer.
Oracle Engagement Cloud works really well for sales functions that occasionally have to do some type of customer service.
