Overall Satisfaction with Oracle HCM Cloud

We used HCM Cloud in all University with campus solution.

It addressed HR, Time and labour, Student, Records
  • Oracle HCM Cloud integrated many Peoplesoft module with campus own solutions
  • We are one of largest customers for Oracle HCM Cloud and it can manage many users, areas efficiently and it is a robust systems.
  • Oracle HCM has good security model and managed the data securely.
  • Oracle HCM support many databases, platform.
  • Needs to have better disaster and recovery plan
  • Implement AI, machine learning with Oracle HCM
  • Implement Student analytics with Oracle HCM
  • Implement Student admission tool with Oracle cloud
No other products has so many module and features like Oracle HCM cloud to server. The University community, especially the campus solution, it is unique to Oracle HCM Cloud. Other applications may be used for department level but not the whole organization level. Also, other systems are not easy to integrate into our campus home grown systems.
It is well suited for large organizations.

It is not suite for small organizations because it is a very complicated system.
