Overall Satisfaction with Oracle HCM Cloud

I work for a user support company so we see many different point of views. I have seen Oracle HCM Cloud in many ways. Some of those are ways are how to implement it initially and how customers deal with it after.

It is well suited for companies with many employees that may work in different locations. HCM Cloud lets employees engage more by ways of efficient communication using automated chats.
