Overall Satisfaction with Oracle HCM Cloud

Oracle HCM Cloud is being used across the organization. It helps to consolidate all HR systems used by different business units into one centralized platform. The huge advantage is integration processes flow and very easy to integrate with other systems in the organization.
  • Easy to integrate with other systems.
  • Security and increase visibility.
  • Pricing is little expensive.
  • Need improvements in reporting.
It is well suited to consolidate all HR systems and integrate with other systems. This helps to act as a single platform for all business needs. There are few performance issues noted but still some room for improvement.
