- Need to develop the Oracle HCM home page with more details and sometimes it has some lagging when loading the home page.
- It is easy to use if leave request form and attendance management form in the same sheet.
- Employees get additional incentives and bonuses based on their performance measured through the Oracle HCM.
- Internal vaccines and employee announcements can be shared through the HCM solution and all employees can use this solution easily.
