Overall Satisfaction with Oracle HCM Cloud (including Taleo)

Oracle HCM Cloud (Taleo) is used by our HR department to manage talent acquisition and also to follow them during the entire career. We chose Taleo because it is able to deliver an "anywhere anytime" recruiting system. With Taleo our HR department is able to easily create template driven recruitment activities and also to perform pre-screening and assessments tasks. Last but not least, we like the career site creation feature and also the interview scheduling and offer management.
  • Easy to integrate with an existing website (career site creation and branding).
  • Comprehensive applicant tracking.
  • Requisition administration.
  • Sourcing.
  • Reporting (our version is using OBIEE. I'm not a huge fan).
  • Integration with Oracle EBS.
  • Taleo Mobile Apps. It is hard to configure.

We picked HCM because it was easy to use had a better user-friendly interface. The data integration is made easy. We now have a geographical representation of the organization by just clicking on people. HCM has a very strong compensation management [tool]. it's one single point of access to offers, solutions, and benefits. Last but not least, key talent identification is made very easy.
