Overall Satisfaction with Oracle HCM Cloud

Oracle Taleo Cloud is providing the entire organization with a singular point of resource that allows for ease of use for the purpose of finding and managing the talent pool within each department and centralized in the HR area.
  • Direct initial input from potential candidates
  • Ability to share content across departments
  • Cross reference capability of candidates and skills
  • Minor end user (candidate) issues, based on user issues.
  • There has been a increase in synergies within departments and the HR area through the use of the system.
  • Managers have been able to develop more specific and direct job requirements through the use of the system.

Oracle has a more dynamic product which incorporates more areas of the organization. It is also more intuitive than other systems, thus increasing buy in and efficiencies.
When looking for an appropriate candidate via Taleo, the system allows for various levels of personalizations within the parameters to allow for the least amount of manual intervention in selecting the initial candidate pool. Then once a candidate has been finalized, all of the original data is converted into employee data for a fast and efficient transition into the organization.
