Overall Satisfaction with Oracle HCM Cloud

HCM Cloud is being implemented to eliminate all manual processes that are currently used by the organization. HCM Extracts provides an easier way to send files to different vendors. HCM and Taleo integrate all the different aspects of HR along with financials. HCM Cloud also avoids duplicate entries and maintenance of the same data in different systems. It is a one stop shop. OTBI Analysis is an easy tool to create ad-hoc reports. HCM Cloud is a good foundation system for any organization.

  • Any implementer can follow the required tasks that comes with the offering
  • Data imports and exports with Excel is very smooth
  • Forms and pages have best practice navigation

  • More scenario driven processes
  • More BI subject areas
Oracle HCM is very well suited for small to mid-size organizations. As long as customers use the out-of-the-box features, implementation is easy and quick. Oracle HCM cloud covers a lot of compliance and standard processes. The product works very well out of the box. If organizations want to customize heavily, then HCM Cloud requires good developers.
