Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Linux

Oracle Linux is being used in the ODA solution together since this is the operating system into the solution. The Oracle Linux is very reliable and ready for the OracleRAC solution. In a few words, we can securely say: This is an almost plug-and-play solution. Just tell your DBAs to start their administration routines.

  • Detailed documentation.
  • Accurate Support.
  • Less outages.
  • Optimized environment.

Distribution designed and optimized for Oracle Database software - or been you won't spend a lot of time in order to bring them up. Ease to do troubleshooting 'cause we're working with the same vendor and we have sure there will no ping-pong issues which often happens between the vendors.

Oracle Linux is designed to be the best Linux OS in order to build an OracleRAC solution because the kernel parameters are optimized for and you won't waste time in debugging purposes and in case of some issues you have only one vendor to check everything and there will not the known scenario where the vendor says: That's not my problem. Please check the Application side.
