Overall Satisfaction with Oracle CX Marketing (formerly Oracle Marketing Cloud)

We use Responsys to deploy all of our promotion, automated and transactional campaigns. Our digital marketing department uses the platform across a few different business channels. The teams that are in Responsys include, Paid, Digital, CS and IT.

  • Multivariate testing
  • Segmentation Is done manually with SQL query.
  • Emails are hand-coded.
  • Create a better drag & drop template
Responsys is a platform meant for enterprise level clients. It is best used with a team of specialized roles.
This is a robust solution that requires a large learning curve. There have been limited resources to help a new hire get onboarded but they are addressing this gap with a video training program.
