Orum - The perfect fit dialler for SDR teams
Overall Satisfaction with Orum
I have used Orum in my past role as the main dialling tool for a B2B lead gen agency. We found that traditional click to dial tools were slowing the team down and leading to not getting through enough data. We needed a tool that was going to allow our team to not only spend more time dialling, but doing so efficiently. A tool with additional features, like reporting and analytics was also important as our current reporting tools were spread across different systems leading to bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Pros
- Speed to dial
- Data organisation
- Reporting
- Call tracking / annotation
- Salesfloor
- User management
Cons
- SMS functionality
- CRM integrations at time is a bit spotty
- Number rotation could be better (a lot of repeat digits which makes numbers look similar)
- Saw a massive increase in number of meetings booked per client per month
- Saw an improvement in reps hitting quota
- Due to being able to work data faster, led to higher performance and retention on current clients
- Nooks
- Aircall
- Salesloft
Orum felt the easiest to use. Aircall and Salesloft function better as single dial diallers, the parallel features either don't exist or function quite poorly.
There are less differentiators between Orum and Nooks, but I found that Orum's UI, and reporting gelled better with our use case, and I found that it was easier to pick up for the team members.
