I use Outgrow primarily for lead generation. The quizzes, calculators, and polls engage customers in a way that provides value to customers, increases response rate for the business, and qualifies them at the same time. Easy to use and share with others via social media and it's mobile friendly - I love it.
- Easy to customize, no programming required, and able to integrate with other platforms.
- Customer support is excellent, very responsive.
- Mobile responsive, adapts to any device customers are using, which is essential.
- They recently added functionality to do polls and I want to see more templates and features for this application, I love it.
- They recently added more templates for industry specific applications. I want to see more of that and case studies, too.
- I would love to see a user forum to share ideas and successes.
- Lower cost of lead generation.
- Increase response rate.
- Increase conversion rate due to better qualified leads.
Greater value in terms of flexibility to use as needed for any project. Documentation and support ensures I get answers to questions without spending too much time on set up and learning how to use. They continue to add value with things like more templates and new features, so it gets better and better.
