- Pardot performs adequately as an auto-responder.
- It integrates with Salesforce. This is important in any B to B environment. Lead tracking is essential.
- Pardot is a low cost entry point into Marketing automation.
- They need a better service structure and team. Very often it took many days to get an adequate answer to service problems, especially during set up.
- The logic is poor. For example, often we would want to guide and respond to the email "conversation" In order to accomplish this we needed multiple if-then-else type logic. This was not available in Pardot
- Filled a void. We needed integration with Salesforce
