- Overall user interface is easy to understand and use.
- Webinar connectors work well.
- Page tracking is effective.
- Drip campaigns are easy to setup.
- Landing page editor is buggy and incredibly limited.
- Email editing has been a real challenge, although the recently released version shows promise.
- Reporting is BASIC.
- Reduced overhead needed to processs inbound web leads
- Automation of webinars eliminated manual process
- Provides a good overall view of customer behavior
