  • Pardot's email and campaign functionalities are easy to use and effective. Our company sends out a large number of email blasts and Pardot makes it a simple process.
  • Tracking of campaigns and email effectiveness/reach are terrific. There are graphs and other tools that help us demonstrate ROI from our marketing efforts.
  • The ability for us to attach scores to prospects based on their interactions with our company is a great feature that I have not seen in some of the competitor's marketing automation systems.
  • The organization of email templates and lists is difficult to use if you have multiple users/divisions in the system. It would be great to have folders or some way to divide up email templates and lists into categories.
  • Finding what you need can be a challenge for new or infrequent users of Pardot. Some of the items that we use frequently aren't necessarily located in a drop down that makes the most sense.
  • Pardot has allowed us to quickly engage with hot prospects and to speed up lead conversion.
  • In addition, Pardot allows us to quickly measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and demonstrate ROI.
Everyone who utilizes Pardot at our company has enjoyed the experience. We like the ease of use and effectiveness of the tracking & lead nurturing. It has become our go-to tool for all of our marketing automation efforts.
Pardot is one of the few marketing automation systems that allows you to nurture leads, build landing pages, send email blasts, create drip campaigns, and tie your marketing efforts into social media. It's an essential tool for marketing professionals.
