Overall Satisfaction with Pardot

Our organization uses Pardot (now Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) to communicate with our sales contacts. We do this by identifying contacts that are ready to receive messaging, creating emails, and then scheduling campaigns that will send emails to those contacts. We use marketing automations Pardot provides to make these campaigns dynamic, sending different messaging at different times based on how customers react to the campaign.

Pardot is well-suited for an organization that is looking to maximize the output of its Sales team. The software is easy to use, but I would say that it takes time in order to figure out how best to use it for your organization's goals and your own reporting needs. It's easy enough for any marketer to pick up but it does take time to master.
