Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
We are currently using Paychex flex across the organization. It has been a great tool for the managers and employees. The managers like the various alert settings they can set up for their team members. Us administrators enjoy that we can tailor the individual account settings to allow as much or as little access as is necessary. Our employees enjoy that they can make adjustments and retrieve their information when they need it.
The major problem that we have encountered is the occasional blip in the feed. We also use the HR and Benetrac system and while one system is supposed to feed, that does not always happen and we end up with issues.

- Account management - When we need assistance we receive a response very promptly and issues are handled usually within an hour.
- Customer Service - Representatives are always pleasant and easy to work with.
- Product ease of use - Paychex is extremely user-friendly and intuitive.
- Information feed - Errors occur between reporting from product to product.
